Meet The Founders
Dr. Lisa McAllister is a Family Nurse Practitioner and healthcare leader with a Doctorate in Health Administration. From her early days in ICU and organ transplant care to building and leading student health centers in higher education, she has continuously grown as a strategic and compassionate leader. Her career reflects a commitment to lifelong learning, mentorship, and developing innovative health and wellness programs that empower both teams and students to thrive.

Jenny Hughes
Jenny Hughes brings over a decade of experience in education leadership to her role as Director of K–12 Partnerships. She holds a BA in Liberal Studies from Azusa Pacific University and a Master’s in Education with a focus on instructional design and learning. A graduate of multiple leadership programs, she is committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth across K–12 and higher education partnerships.
