Is food provided?
Yes. Conferences typically include light breakfast, snacks, and lunch each day. Check your agenda for details. Dietary accommodations are available with written requests at least 30 days in advance.
Where is the conference held?
Conferences are hosted in welcoming, retreat-style locations chosen for tranquility, nature access, and wellness amenities. Venue details are provided on the registration page and in confirmation emails.
What should I bring?
We recommend:
Comfortable business-casual clothing
Notebook, journal, or digital device for reflection
Reusable water bottle
Comfortable shoes (many venues offer walking trails, yoga, or movement activities)
Yes! Our conferences integrate wellness practices such as guided mindfulness, yoga, walking breaks, and reflection sessions. These are optional but encouraged to enhance your experience.
Will there be wellness activities?
Are continuing education credits available?
Not yet! This is something we are actively working to provide in the future so check back with us.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing within 7 days of conference registration and payment.
50% refund if cancelled 30 days before the event.
No refunds for cancellations if less than 30 days of the event.
Registrations are transferable if you’d like to send a colleague in your place by emailing us with the name and contact information of the attendee.
