ELEVATE: College Health: Leading the Modern Campus Health Center

ELEVATE: Las Vegas is a small-cohort leadership intensive designed specifically for college and university health, counseling, and wellness leaders navigating increasing complexity, demand, and responsibility.

This experience is intentionally limited in size to allow for deeper dialogue, real-time problem solving, and peer consultation around the realities of college health leadership today.

Programming focuses on:

• Leadership effectiveness in care-based, high-pressure environments

• Decision-making and communication under sustained demand

• Supporting teams while maintaining professional boundaries

• Aligning student well-being, staff sustainability, and institutional expectations

This is a professional leadership development experience — not a conference — designed to help college health leaders return to their institutions with greater clarity, confidence, and practical strategies they can apply immediately.
